🔄 Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

🛑 Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, email us at care@theserumworks.com as soon as possible.


📦 What Can Be Returned or Replaced?

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product (please share photos)

  • Your order is incomplete or missing items

  • You received an expired product

⚠️ Please note: Wrong or damaged items are eligible for replacement only, not return.

All returns must be sent back with original packaging intact.


🚫 When Are Return/Replacement Requests Not Accepted?

  • Request made after 15 days from delivery

  • Damage or missing product reported after 48 hours of delivery


💸 How Will I Receive My Refund?

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–4 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please share your bank details to receive the refund via transfer


⏳ Refund Timelines

  • Cancelled orders: Refund processed within 3–4 business days

  • Returned products: After we receive and verify the item at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 48 hours
