🛑 Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, email us at care@theserumworks.com as soon as possible.
📦 What Can Be Returned or Replaced?
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

You received a wrong or damaged product (please share photos)

Your order is incomplete or missing items

All returns must be sent back with original packaging intact.
🚫 When Are Return/Replacement Requests Not Accepted?

Request made after 15 days from delivery

Damage or missing product reported after 48 hours of delivery
💸 How Will I Receive My Refund?

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–4 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please share your bank details to receive the refund via transfer
